Do you have Gift Cards?

Yes. Just go to our homepage and click 'Gift Cards'. We provide gift vouchers for any value from $10.00 up. 

How long does it take to receive my order?

We dispatch orders as fast as possible because we know you can't wait to receive it. Orders received before 9.00 am are dispatched same day apart from very busy sale times, when they'll be sent the next day.

What size bangle am I?

What Is my ring size?

We have a size chart on the website and it's easiest to measure the inside diameter of a ring that fits.

How will I know if my order has been shipped?

As soon as your jewels leave, our system automatically sends you a shipping confirmation email with your Auspost tracking number.
Click on the tracking number and you can access to-the-minute location information of your order.

If you don't see the email, please check your junk or promotions folders.

What can I do if I order the wrong size?

We can exchange sizes for you on NON-Sale items within 7 days of purchase. You are responsible for postage on the replacement.

All returns must be in original condition and we reserve the right to refuse exchange if the item is not returned in original condition. Contact must be made within 7 days when requiring an exchange.

Please note: There are no exchanges on SALE items. All on sale purchases are FINAL. 

Can I Return Or Exchange Something I bought On Sale?

Sale items can’t be returned or exchanged, so purchase with care. That said, you are getting a great deal and you can always  gift it to someone else if it’s not for you.

Can I return earrings?
Earrings can't be returned. In Australia it's against health regulations.

Do you have a shop that I can pick up from and shop in?

We're an online store only but have an arrangement with Thirroul.co for you to pick up or drop off returns there.

On our website we have detailed descriptions and measurements and photos so you can be sure of what you're buying.

We makes rings in all sizes from tiny to XXXL

Here at Desiderate, we offer top-quality silver rings to fit fingers of all sizes – rings for small fingers, rings for large fingers, and everything in between. Many of our customers have found that it's difficult to buy rings and bangles to fit large fingers and wrists, but we do our best to cater for everyone!

BANGLES IN EXTRA LARGE SIZES
We make bangles for all sizes from tiny XXS right up to 3XL and can often custom make your size for you if you don't see it.

Is your jewellery solid silver or plated?

We have pieces to suit all price points and sometimes you want a forever piece, sometimes a fashion item or small gift. So we have both high-quality solid sterling silver pieces and also pieces made with a silver overlay.

All items are clearly described so that you know what you're getting.
