How long does it take to receive my order?

We dispatch orders as fast as possible because we know you can't wait to receive it. Orders received before 9.00 am are dispatched same day.

What size bangle am I?

What Is my ring size?

We have a size chart on the website and it's easiest to measure the inside diameter of a ring that fits.

How will I know if my order has been shipped?

As soon as your jewels leave, our system automatically sends you a shipping confirmation email with your Auspost tracking number.
Click on the tracking number and you can access to-the-minute location information of your order.

If you don't see the email, please check your junk or promotions folders.

What can I do if I order the wrong size?

We can exchange sizes for you on NON-Sale items within 7 days of purchase. You are responsible for postage on the replacement.

All returns must be in original condition and we reserve the right to refuse exchange if the item is not returned in original condition. Contact must be made within 7 days when requiring an exchange.

Please note: There are no exchanges on SALE items. All on sale purchases are FINAL. 

Can I Return Or Exchange Something I bought On Sale?

Sale items can’t be returned or exchanged, so purchase with care. That said, you are getting a great deal and you can always  gift it to someone else if it’s not for you.

Can I return earrings?

Earrings can't be returned. In Australia it's against health regulations.

Do you have a shop that I can pick up from and shop in?
